Member shall avoid unnecessary network traffic and interference with other users. Idle connections may be automatically disconnected after 30 minutes. Member shall not access nor attempt to gain access to any other user's account or to any non-public or restricted portions of the network. Member shall not intercept e-mail or any other transmissions. Any such conduct may subject the offending party to civil and criminal penalties. Member shall not disrupt or interfere with any NetUnlimited network or with any of NetUnlimited's services. Members shall not disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any NetUnlimited equipment.

Member shall not use the NetUnlimited network as the means to harass others or post, transmit, or originate any unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene or pornographic communication where the message or its transmission or distribution would constitute or would encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law. This includes, but is not limited to, material that is copyrighted, judged to be threatening, compromise security or privacy, or is protected by trade secret. NetUnlimited reserves the right to remove or modify, at its discretion, any material in violation of these policies.

Member agrees to comply with the rules and restrictions appropriate to other networks and services connected directly or indirectly with NetUnlimited. This includes, but is not limited to, the Acceptable Use Policies established for Usenet and the Internet as a whole that expressly prohibits commercial solicitation. Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NetUnlimited from any claims resulting from your conduct and/or use of the services that damages you or another party. NetUnlimited reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate any account at any time.

Member shall not resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer accounts or Internet access to other users without NetUnlimited's advance, written consent, which NetUnlimited shall be entitled to exercise in its sole discretion. Member shall not engage in commercial activity. If Member desires to engage in commercial activity, Member must subscribe for and pay for a NetUnlimited business account.

NetUnlimited shall have broad authority to interpret and apply these Terms of Service. NetUnlimited shall be entitled to modify or amend these policies at any time. NetUnlimited shall provide notice of any such modification or amendment either by e-mail, by a general posting via NetUnlimited, or by conventional mail. Member is responsible for regularly reviewing notices posted on-line. Modifications shall be effective immediately upon publishing whether or not member actually reads such notice (see System Updates). Member's continued use of the NetUnlimited account after NetUnlimited provides notice of any modifications or amendments shall constitute acceptance of the modifications or amendments.
