Mr. Yates was formerly with Northern Telecom/Bell Northern Research Inc. as a design engineer for five years. In 1992, Mr. Yates founded and served as president of Synergy Network Systems, an interactive marketing company. From 1995 to 1997, he served as Director of Marketing for Job Results Management Institute, a management consulting company.

Mr. Yates brings more than fifteen years' experience in telecommunications, technical management and human resources to the company. Since joining NetUnlimited, Mr. Yates has been responsible for major account sales and marketing, as well as initiating and implementing corporate processes. He has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
